Domestic shipping
ALAGI offers free domestic shipping on orders of $50 USD or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order processing and delivery
Most domestic orders arrive within 1–7 business days. Available delivery methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Delivery timing may vary by destination, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Exchanges only — no refunds
All sales are final. ALAGI does not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please review the product description, compatibility, selected variant, quantity, and shipping information before placing an order.
Damaged or incorrect items: we'll exchange them
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the issue, ship the item back to us and we will send you a new one in exchange.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
