Overview
This website is operated by Alagi. We sell gaming and technology products, including keyboards, mice, headsets and related accessories. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Alagi, and "you" refers to anyone visiting our website or placing an order. By using our site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.

Product information and compatibility
We work to show product descriptions, photos, specifications, colors, prices and availability accurately. Screens and lighting can affect how colors look, and manufacturer packaging or details can change. Please read each product page before ordering, including the connection type, supported devices, system requirements, dimensions and included accessories. A wireless product isn't necessarily compatible with every phone, tablet, console or computer. Contact us before buying if you need help confirming compatibility.

If we find a material error in a listing or an order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details, or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available or that we've accepted the order for fulfillment. We may limit quantities or cancel an order because of an inventory, payment, pricing, fraud prevention or shipping issue. If we cancel an item after payment, we'll refund the amount charged for that item and any related shipping charge. We may contact you to verify an order before it ships.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. You authorize the payment provider you select to charge the total shown at checkout. We do not store full card details; payments are handled by our checkout and payment providers.

Promotions, bundles and free shipping
Promotions apply only while they're active, and only to eligible products and orders. Any exclusions, minimum spend or combination limits shown with an offer or at checkout also apply. Bundle savings must appear in your cart or checkout total before you place the order. Product suggestions alone do not create a discount. If you remove a qualifying item, the bundle price may be recalculated. If a promotion was shown or applied in error, we may correct it, subject to applicable law. If the correction materially changes an unfulfilled order, we'll contact you or cancel and refund it.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to eligible US addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless checkout clearly states otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Final sale, damage and warranties
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, mistaken selection, or compatibility concerns that were disclosed on the product page. This does not affect our obligations when an order doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or contains a wrong or defective item. It also does not affect any rights that can't be waived under applicable law. See our Return and Refund Policy.

We don't add a store warranty unless a product page expressly states one. Any manufacturer's warranty is governed by that manufacturer's written terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal warranty or remedy that can't be excluded.

Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you think someone has used it without permission. You agree to give accurate order and contact information and to use the site lawfully. You may not attempt unauthorized access, misuse the checkout, upload malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the site to infringe anyone's rights. We may restrict access for misuse, subject to applicable law.

Site content and third-party services
Our site content, including original text, graphics and branding, belongs to us or its respective owner. You may use it for personal shopping purposes; any other use requires the owner's permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party services such as payment, shipping and social platforms may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes and limitations
We may update the site, these Terms and our offerings. Generally, the Terms shown when you place an order govern that order, subject to applicable law. We aim to keep the site available but can't promise uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow it.
